“Listing Expansion Formula”, “Contagious Voice Mastery Lab”, “Contagious Voice Sales Mastery” and “Conversation Gateways” may all be promoted through various affiliate programs.  Affiliates are NOT employees or Listing Alchemy.  They are independent contractors who are authorized to represent Listing Alchemy only to the extent explicitly stated in the terms of the affiliate marketing agreement.  As affiliates, their rights are limited to sharing the content specifically created by Listing Alchemy for affiliates to promote the programs. They are NOT authorized to alter the content in any way, nor are they authorized to make statements on behalf of the company beyond that which are specifically stated in the affiliate terms and conditions made available for review when they sign up for the affiliate program(s).  Affiliates making statements or guarantees, either direct or implied are in direct violation of the affiliate agreement and are solely responsible for the outcomes associated with any of their unauthorized communications regarding the contents or capabilities of the programs. Moreover, affiliates making unauthorized statements about the content or capabilities agree to hold harmless and indemnify Listing Alchemy, its employees, and/or associates or partners. Listing Alchemy reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship with any affiliate for any reason without notice.  At that point, any earned affiliate benefits are  considered due and payable to the affiliate.   If an affiliate has questions as to whether the way it is presenting the content, they should direct questions to [email protected].
